Payment Options:
We take all Major Credit Cards but charge a 5% Processing Fee with use of Credit Card
(NO PROCESSING FEE PAYING E-TRANSFER OR CASH)
We also take Cash, E-transfer or Cheque but you still must register online.
Cash & Cheque can be brought to the first day of class.

Refunds/Cancellations
No refunds will be given if not cancelled before the program start date.
Refunds/Cancellations can only be processed through Amber contactgatorsacademy@gmail.com.

If program cancelled due to Covid restrictions prior to start date Full Refund/Program Credit will be offered to program participants.

If program cancelled due to Covid restrictions, after program has started prorated Program Credit will be given to program participants.
If program cancelled due to low enrollment refund Full Refund/Program Credit will be offered to program participants, or options to transfer to other class maybe made available.

If player gets injured and is unable to participate, prorated Program Credit will be given to be used in future.
Prorating factors may include, practice costs, equipment, gators gear, games/tournaments and staff costs

Tournament Refund Policy
Team Registration Refund Policy
All tournament registrations are considered confirmed once payment has been received. Because tournament scheduling, gym rentals, staffing, and officials are secured in advance, the following refund policy applies.
Cancellation by Team

14+ days before the tournament:
Teams are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. -
8-14 days before the tournament:
Teams are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. -
Less than 7 days before the tournament:
No refunds will be issued. -

Team Withdrawal / No-Show
Teams that withdraw or fail to attend the tournament after the schedule has been released will not receive a refund.

Event Cancellation
If the tournament is cancelled by the organizer due to circumstances beyond our control (facility closure, severe weather, etc.), teams will receive:

A credit toward a future tournament, or
-
A partial refund, depending on costs already incurred.

Schedule Changes
Schedules are subject to change based on team registration numbers. Schedule adjustments do not qualify for refunds.

Payment Disputes
Any chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the team being restricted from registering for future events.
